To avoid damage to any delicate surfaces we use a biodegradable biocide that selectively kills moss, algae, lichen and bacteria on any exterior surface.
Once applied, biocide starts working to kill unsightly growths. As a result of natural weathering from rain and wind, the dead growths are gradually removed and flushed away without damaging the surface.

Flat Surface Treatments
Trying to use pressure to remove organic growth on decks, asphalt, soft or old pathways can easily cause damage and does not kill micro spores living in the surface which will quickly regrow and discolour again.

Once removed growth is kept away for 12+ months before re-growth may start, at which point a regular treatment can be used to keep property looking pristine.
